We are seeking an Account Manager to manage a defined group of client accounts under one section of our company. This role is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for communication, coordination, quality assurance, and delivery oversight. If you are interested please apply here: https://forms.gle/Mx6SasMPNicmD8Ev7 Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Relationship Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Manage all client email communication, responding clearly and professionally • Ask clarifying questions to fully understand client requests before delegation • Set expectations around timelines, deliverables, and next steps • Proactively communicate delays, risks, or needed adjustments Project Coordination & Delegation • Delegate client requests to appropriate internal teams (development, design, writing, etc.) • Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly • Track timelines and ensure deliverables are scheduled with adequate buffer time • Ensure recurring items (email campaigns, content updates, site maintenance, etc.) are consistently running as expected Quality Assurance (QA) • Review and QA all client-facing deliverables before they are sent or published • Edit for grammar, clarity, brand voice, and accuracy • QA email builds and campaigns for formatting, links, and errors • Ensure work meets both client expectations and internal standards Reporting & Organization • Compile and send weekly client reports • Track progress on active and recurring work • Maintain internal documentation and notes for each account Issue Identification & Problem Solving • Gather information when something breaks or goes wrong • Troubleshoot basic marketing and technology issues when possible • Clearly document issues and escalate to the appropriate team when needed • Help ensure problems are resolved efficiently and communicated clearly to clients Internal Communication & Responsiveness • Check email daily and respond in a timely manner • Respond to internal team messages each business day • Communicate clearly and professionally with teammates across departments If you are interested please apply here: https://forms.gle/Mx6SasMPNicmD8Ev7 Required Skills & Experience • Experience managing client accounts, projects, or ongoing retainers • Strong written communication and professional email etiquette • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously • Confidence coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders • Ability to think ahead, anticipate issues, and protect timelines • Strong grammar and editing skills Platform Knowledge (Required) • Email marketing platforms: Flodesk and Mailchimp • Understanding of brand voice and content consistency • Comfort QA’ing emails, content, and marketing assets • Familiarity with: • Google Workspace • Calendly • Zoom • Project management and team communication tools Role & Compensation Type: Contract - Hourly Hours: 10-15 hours per week (ongoing) Compensation: • $30/hour • Quarterly raise opportunities based on performance If you are interested please apply here: https://forms.gle/Mx6SasMPNicmD8Ev7 Job Type: Contract Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Work Location: Remote
