Job DetailsJob Location: New Castle DE - New Castle, DE 19720Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 SalaryAs an Assistant Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Delaware branch. You'll help coordinate crews, equipment, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service. This is a hands-on role that combines operational planning, team coordination, quality control, and field support.
