As our Facility Security Officer (FSO) / Security Program Manager, you’ll be a trusted security leader who knows how to balance compliance with care for people. What you’ll do: Lead MetroStar’s security program and ensure compliance with NISPOM and government regulations. Serve as the primary liaison to DCSA and partner agency security offices. Oversee Facility and Personnel Clearance processes through NBIS/DISS. Manage SCIF accreditation, physical security, and inspection readiness. Direct insider threat and security awareness programs. Partner with People & Culture, Contracts, and delivery teams to align policy with practice. What you’ll need to succeed: Active TS/SCI clearance (Full Scope Poly preferred). 7+ years of experience managing cleared programs. Expert knowledge of NISPOM, ICD 705, and DCSA compliance. Experience managing SCIFs and supervising security teams. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Willingness to be onsite at our Reston HQ office at least 3-4 days/week. SALARY RANGE: $115,000 - $147,000 The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience.
