Regional Logistics Manager  Reports to: Vice President of Operations  About us: We are the growing leader in the furniture delivery industry. Our mission is to ensure memories are delivered one piece of furniture at a time, on time, every time. We are looking for individuals experienced in logistics and transportation to add to our team who will contribute to achieving our mission. Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable Regional Manager to oversee operations within our logistics and warehousing network. Regional Manager responsibilities include working with the VP to ensure all hubs are followings SOP’s. The Regional Manager will be required to help keep all hubs in their assigned region stay recruited and to ensure bottom teams are being replaced with better more efficient teams. The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.  Responsibilities: * Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services for the Pacific Northwest Region. * Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle. * Help ensure all hubs stay always recruited. * Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery of each hub. * Monitor routes with the hubs and ensure they are working with dispatch to optimize all routes and ensure we fix any issues found. * Resolve any arising problems or complaints. * Supervise, coach and train hub managers and warehouse workforce. * Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. * Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements. * Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements. * Travel to locations to cover while managers are on vacation if there is not someone capable at the hub. * Travel to underperforming hubs to help get them back on track. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of relevant distribution management/warehouse leadership experience * Must reside in one of the following locations: Eastvale, CA; Hayward, CA; Carson, CA; West Sacramento, CA; Portland, OR; Las Vegas, NV; Billings, MT; Kent, WA; or Spokane, WA * Proven work experience as a Logistics/Warehouse Manager * Record of successful distribution and logistics management * Ability to travel 75% or more as required; when not traveling, the role requires on-site presence at one of the company’s designated hub locations. * Strong ability to communicate effectively (written & verbal), with excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills  * Highly organized and process orientated * Experience working with furniture preferred  * Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) * Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience * Cross-functional collaboration Job Type: Full-time  Benefits:  * Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance * 401(K) Plan * Life Insurance * Paid Holidays * Paid Time Off (PTO)   Metropolitan Warehouse is an equal opportunity employer.
