We are currently looking to fill a full-time HR Recruiter role at our HQ (Headquarters) location. This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring three days on-site and two days remote each week. Please note that this schedule may change based on business needs. Salary • The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $59,000 and $66,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level. Essential Job Functions • Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring objectives and strategies to meet business needs. • Contribute to the full life cycle recruitment process such as job posting, screening, in-person interviewing, connecting hiring managers with candidates, and supporting hiring and staffing with a special emphasis on critical and hard to fill positions. • Prepare posting, secures approval from leadership, and support hiring team opening requisitions to initiate the recruiting process via UKG's Recruiting Gateway. • Lead Recruitment Intake Meetings to discuss candidate profile, specific goals, timelines, interview process, and program specific requirements to be met during the recruitment process. • Review resumes to establish an applicant pool that aligns best with the requirements, credentials, skills and abilities, as established by the hiring team. • Conducts thorough, probing screening interviews with candidates to assess fit as established by hiring team, assessing subject matter expertise, relevant experience, prior performance, organizational fit, skills, knowledge, and ability. • Use talent expertise, data, and educational acumen to educate and influence hiring managers, maintaining close contact with managers to provide regular status updates. • Source and recruits’ talent to meet immediate needs and proactively builds a candidate pipeline through networking and sourcing for future growth demands. • Coordinate with Recruitment team in the participation of career or job fairs and recruitment events. • Work with external staffing agencies or partners to hire talent that meet the expectations and requirements of the position. • Ensure that applicant records are properly maintained in the Applicant Tracking System by updating each change in candidate status in real-time as they move forward or are removed from process to ensure regular status updates and disposition information. • Extend offers of employment, and extend support to Partner, hiring team, and candidate support the candidate until the first day of employment. • May support the new employee during the on-boarding process when support is needed. and off-boarding processes (i.e. new hire orientation). • Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, And ABILITIES • Proven ability to leverage strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives. • Basic understanding of human resource employment practices and regulations. • A customer-service-based approach to recruiting that is also highly collaborative and results-oriented. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team atmosphere as well as independently. • Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point, and web-based research. • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to change. • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently and time management skills. • Adeptness at using an Applicant Tracking System software, such as UKG. • Strong interpersonal skills; including confidence and ease with individuals at all levels throughout the organization and externally. • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Business or related field from an accredited university or college required. • 2+ years of HR experience with full life-cycle recruitment, participating in job fairs, and utilizing job boards to advertise vacancies required. • Working experience with HRIS software and HR data management, recruitment/applicant tracking systems required. Additional Requirements • Satisfactorily pass all relevant screening and criminal background checks. Transportation/Travel Requirements • Driving not required. Travel between MFS sites to support on-site hiring activities and attend supervisor meetings is required. Travel to hiring events and job fairs also required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS • While performing the essential duties of this job, the employee is required to sit and stand for sustained periods of time, frequently talk, hear, use hands and fingers to feel, handle, and operate objects or controls, and occasionally stand, bend, stretch, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
