Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented 3DCS Sales Professional to join our growing team. This position provides hands-on support to our sales while learning the fundamentals of technical sales within the 3DCS software environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting assisting with sales coordination and customer communication. Key Responsibilities • Learn day to day software sales interaction with customer • Learn to write quotes and follow up • Manage and maintain sales activities and pipeline updates within Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and customer communications. • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support lead nurturing and demo scheduling. • Learn and develop proficiency with Metrologic DCS software solutions. • Participate in ongoing training to understand our products, value propositions, and customer industries. • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations and customer engagement processes. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree, engineering or computer science preferred • 1+ years of professional sales experience in aerospace, automotive, or medical fields. • Strong interest in developing a career in B2B software sales. • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills. • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce. • Determined self-starter with curiosity to understand technical concepts and customer needs. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
