What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - You have strong negotiation and communication skills. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office. - You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using technology and various software tools for claims management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment. - Knowledge of state-specific insurance laws and regulations. - Certification or licensing in public adjusting. - Experience with customer service or client advocacy roles.
