What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - You possess strong negotiation and communication skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You have proficiency with computer systems and claims management software. - You demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in public adjusting or insurance claims adjusting. - Knowledge of state insurance laws and regulations. - Previous experience in a commission-based sales or service role. - Certification or licensing relevant to public adjusting.
