What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - You have strong negotiation and communication skills. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and remote work tools. - You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a commission-based role. - Knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures. - Previous experience in a customer service or client advocacy role. - Certification or licensing in public adjusting.
