Role Overview: As a Claims Representative working from home, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims, ensuring they understand their rights and receive the compensation they deserve. This part-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a positive impact while earning commission-based income. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to determine validity and coverage. - You will communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to maximize claim settlements. - You will maintain accurate records of claims and client interactions. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes. - You will collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes. - You will participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
