What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - You possess strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and negotiation techniques. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients. - You are self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively from a home office environment. - You are proficient with digital communication tools and claim management software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment. - Certification or licensing in public adjusting or insurance claims. - Familiarity with state-specific insurance regulations in the states where you reside. - A background in customer service or sales with a focus on client advocacy.
