Role Overview: As a Claims Representative working from home, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process insurance claims efficiently from initial contact to resolution. - You will communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to maximize claim settlements. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims handled. - You will stay informed about insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends. - You will collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve service quality. - You will participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - You have strong negotiation and communication skills. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. - You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable learning new software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a commission-based role. - Knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes. - Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home position. - Certification or licensing in public adjusting or insurance.
