Role Overview: As a Claim Representative at Metro Public Adjustment, you will play a crucial role in assisting homeowners to receive the maximum compensation they are entitled to from their insurance claims. This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments while making a meaningful impact. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness. - You will communicate directly with homeowners to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to maximize claim settlements. - You will document all claim activities and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim issues efficiently. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and best practices. - You will provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management. - Proficiency with computer applications and claim management software.
