What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to determine the maximum entitled benefits for homeowners. - You will communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will collaborate with insurance companies to negotiate claim settlements. - You will maintain accurate records of claims and client interactions. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You have a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, or related fields (preferred but not required). - You are self-motivated and able to work independently from home. - You are comfortable using computers and technology for remote work. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in insurance claims or public adjusting. - Knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes. - Previous remote work experience. - Bilingual abilities to assist diverse clients.
