Role Overview: As a Claim Representative at Metro Public Adjustment, you will play a crucial role in assisting homeowners to navigate the complexities of insurance claims. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while providing reliable training to ensure your success, regardless of prior experience. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to determine the maximum entitled benefits for homeowners. - You will communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will collaborate with insurance companies to negotiate claim settlements. - You will maintain accurate records of claims and client interactions. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You have a strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, insurance, or related fields (preferred but not required). - You are self-motivated and able to work independently from home. - You are comfortable using computers and technology for remote work. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in insurance claims or public adjusting. - Knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes. - Previous remote work experience. - Bilingual abilities to assist diverse clients.
