What You Bring: - You bring at least 1 year of experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - You have strong communication and negotiation skills. - You are proficient with basic computer applications and comfortable working remotely. - You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in public adjusting or insurance claims adjusting. - Knowledge of insurance policies and claim processes. - Customer service or sales experience. - Familiarity with claims management software.
