Role Overview: As a Claim Representative working from home, you will play a crucial role in assisting homeowners through the insurance claim process. Your primary purpose is to ensure clients receive the maximum compensation they are entitled to by providing expert guidance and support throughout their claim journey. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to identify opportunities for maximum recovery. - You will communicate directly with homeowners to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to secure fair settlements. - You will maintain detailed records of claims and client interactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure claims are processed efficiently. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to provide accurate advice. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - You bring at least 1-2 years of experience in insurance claims, customer service, or a related field. - You have strong communication and negotiation skills. - You are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - You possess basic computer skills and are proficient with common office software. - You have a customer-focused mindset and a commitment to helping others.
