What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness. - You will communicate directly with homeowners to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to maximize claim settlements. - You will maintain detailed records of all claim activities and communications. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim issues efficiently. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes affecting claims. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management. - Proficiency with computer systems and claim management software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working from home or in a remote role. - Certification in public adjusting or insurance claims. - Familiarity with local and state insurance regulations. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse client needs.
