What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to ensure accuracy and completeness. - You will communicate directly with homeowners to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to maximize claim settlements. - You will maintain detailed records of all claim activities and communications. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve claim issues efficiently. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes affecting claims. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build trust and satisfaction. - You will manage your workload effectively while working remotely.
