Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while making a positive impact by fighting for fair treatment on behalf of policyholders. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process insurance claims from initial intake through resolution. - You will communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. - You will analyze policy details and claim documentation to advocate for fair settlements. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities. - You will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the claims process. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and regulations. - You will collaborate with team members to improve claims handling processes. - You will meet or exceed performance targets related to claim resolution and client satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and industry regulations. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management. - Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High level of integrity and commitment to client advocacy.
