Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims by evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair treatment from insurance companies. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance policies and claim documents to determine coverage and claim validity. - You will assess property damages through client interviews, documentation, and virtual inspections. - You will negotiate with insurance adjusters to secure fair settlements for clients. - You will maintain detailed records of claims and communications to ensure transparency and accuracy. - You will provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the claims process and addressing their concerns. - You will collaborate with internal teams to streamline claim handling and improve client outcomes. - You will stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance. - You will manage your schedule effectively to meet performance targets and client needs. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advocate effectively for clients. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Proficiency with digital tools and software for documentation and communication. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certification as a Public Adjuster or related professional credentials. - Experience working remotely or in a flexible work environment. - Background in property damage assessment or construction knowledge. - Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse client base.
