Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims by evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair compensation. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while making a positive impact by fighting for the fair treatment of policyholders. What You'll Do: - You will review and assess insurance claims to determine the extent of damages and coverage. - You will communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements on behalf of clients. - You will document and maintain accurate records of claims and communications. - You will collaborate with team members to share insights and improve claim strategies. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes to ensure compliance. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your claims adjustment skills. - You will manage your schedule effectively to meet client needs and company goals.
