Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims by evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair treatment from insurance companies. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while making a positive impact on clients' lives. What You'll Do: - You will review and assess insurance claims to determine the extent of damages and coverage. - You will communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements on behalf of clients. - You will document all claim activities accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members to share insights and improve claim strategies. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and policy changes to ensure compliance. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your claims handling skills. - You will manage your schedule effectively to meet client needs and company goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to advocate effectively for clients. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-motivation. - Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or adjusting are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote or virtual claims role. - Knowledge of state-specific insurance laws and regulations. - Certification as a Public Adjuster or related professional designation. - Background in customer service or dispute resolution.
