Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process insurance claims from initial intake through resolution. - You will communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. - You will review and analyze policy documents and claim information to determine coverage and validity. - You will negotiate settlements to maximize client compensation. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities. - You will provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the claims process. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and regulations. - You will collaborate with team members to improve claims handling processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or related fields. - Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management. - Proficiency with computer systems and claims management software.
