Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims, ensuring they are treated fairly and receive appropriate settlements. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance claims to determine coverage and validity. - You will communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to secure fair settlements. - You will document all claim activities accurately and maintain detailed records. - You will collaborate with team members to share insights and improve claim strategies. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and changes to ensure compliance. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your claims knowledge and skills. - You will manage your schedule effectively to meet client needs and company goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or adjusting are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team setting. - Knowledge of state-specific insurance laws and regulations. - Previous experience in customer service or client advocacy roles. - Certification as a Public Adjuster or related professional designation.
