Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance claims, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process insurance claims from initial intake to resolution. - You will communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders. - You will analyze policy details and claim documentation to determine coverage and claim validity. - You will negotiate settlements to maximize client compensation. - You will maintain accurate records and documentation for all claims handled. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and regulations. - You will provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally. - You will collaborate with team members to improve claims processes and client outcomes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management. - Proficiency with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or adjusting are a plus.
