Role Overview: As a Remote Work From Home Claims Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients by managing and negotiating insurance claims remotely. This position offers the flexibility to work from home while making a positive impact by fighting for fair treatment and maximizing claim settlements for our clients. What You'll Do: - You will review and analyze insurance policies and claim documents to determine coverage and claim validity. - You will communicate directly with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status. - You will negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients to secure fair settlements. - You will document all claim activities and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient claim processing. - You will stay informed about industry regulations and best practices to provide expert advice. - You will participate in ongoing training to enhance your claims handling skills. - You will manage your schedule effectively to meet client needs and company goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in insurance claims, public adjusting, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and insurers. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with computer systems and claims management software. - Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual claims role. - Certification as a Public Adjuster or related professional designation. - Familiarity with state-specific insurance regulations. - Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse client base.
