We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Unarmed Security Guard to uphold safety and security across our premises. In this energetic role, you will serve as the first line of defense, monitoring access points, conducting surveillance, and ensuring a safe environment for staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive presence will help prevent incidents, manage conflicts effectively, and maintain a secure atmosphere. Responsibilities • Monitor entrances and exits to authorize authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors while maintaining strict access control protocols. • Perform routine patrols of the property to detect irregularities, hazards, or unauthorized activities. • Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies by assessing situations calmly and efficiently, utilizing conflict management skills when necessary. • Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behaviors and intervening appropriately to prevent theft or damage. • Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations through shift reports for accountability and follow-up. • Support emergency response procedures by providing first aid or CPR if needed and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services when required. • Enforce company policies and safety regulations consistently while fostering a respectful environment for all individuals on site. Experience • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations professionally. • Familiarity with corporate security and security protocols. • Ability to remain alert for extended periods while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members, visitors, and emergency responders.
