Job Title: Construction Project Manager Location: Troy, MI Experience Level: Senior Level About the Company: Metro-Multi Construction & Remodeling, a Multi-Family Contractor based out of Metro-Detroit, Michigan. We are dedicated to providing the best for our clients. We fully renovate sites from market-rate apartments to senior housing. Every project is important to us. About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in new builds/remodeling, specializing in multi-family properties. Responsibilities: • Managing all phases of multiple concurrent projects, from estimating and bidding through execution and close-out. • Collaborate with senior leadership, field operations, and equipment teams to effectively plan and allocate resources. • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. • Prepare and review subcontractor/material pricing for projects. • Represent the company at pre-bid and project meetings with professionalism and integrity. • Provide leadership to field staff, subcontractors, and clients. • Oversee project on-site costs, schedules, safety compliance, and report updates to ensure successful outcomes. • Travel regularly to project sites, client meetings, and other necessary visits to monitor project progress and address issues to keep projects on track. • Maintain official project logs and documentation files. • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and forecasts to clients and internal leadership. Qualifications: • Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry. • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Project Manager. • Strong background in managing new builds/renovation projects. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Proficient organizational and project management skills. • A comprehensive understanding of construction plans and specifications. • Must have experience working with or for a General Contractor (GC). • Builder's License.
