Revenue will be heavily driven by in-app purchases, seasonal events, and player retentionthe company would need a CFO who can shift from scrappy startup survival to aggressive, multi-project empire-building. The VP of Finance must enable rapid scaling while protecting the team's hit games profitability, funding innovation via an AI-powered RPG GameKit, and preparing for potential console expansions or global localization. The ideal candidate is a strategic partner who speaks gaming fluently, hates fluff, and thrives in high-growth chaos. They must balance F2P economics (e.g., optimizing LTV: CAC ratios above 3:1) with the capital intensity of RPG development.
