Are you a hands-on technician who loves solving complex mechanical and electrical problems? This is a great opportunity to join a growing service organization as a Technical Support Specialist, providing advanced field and remote support across a network of compressed air systems and related equipment. What You’ll Do • Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical assistance to field service teams. • Visit customer sites to help diagnose, repair, and commission industrial air systems. • Support new equipment installations, system optimization, and control integration. • Review service reports and recommend corrective actions to improve performance. • Train and mentor technicians on technical procedures and best practices. • Document solutions and build internal troubleshooting resources for the service team. • This role will cover Minnesota, North Dakota, Iowa and Wisonsin What You’ll Bring • Technical education in mechanical, electrical, or industrial technology — or equivalent field experience. • 3+ years in technical support or 5+ years in field service roles (preferably in compressed air or similar systems). • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability. • Experience with compressors, vacuum systems, and controls. • Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
