Job Title: S enior Estimator About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join our team in Northern California. The successful candidate will have a strong background in estimating heavy civil construction projects, including earthwork and paving. • Prepare detailed cost estimates for earthwork, paving, and related heavy civil projects • Analyze plans, specifications, and subcontractor bids to develop accurate proposals • Collaborate with project managers and operations teams to refine scope, schedule, and cost assumptions • Maintain databases of historical costs, unit pricing, and vendor information • Support business development by producing clear, competitive, and timely estimates
