Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile and driven Project Manager with a strong understanding of Sales Operations to lead cross-functional initiatives while supporting sales enablement, CRM optimization, and process improvements. This hybrid role bridges project execution and sales strategy support, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Management (60%): • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and departmental projects • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk registers • Drive accountability and ensure on-time delivery of milestones • Serve as liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment • Manage status updates and executive reporting Sales Operations Support (40%): • Collaborate with Sales leadership to support pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting • Maintain and improve CRM data hygiene and workflows (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics) • Assist with sales performance metrics, dashboards, and KPI tracking • Support onboarding and training for new sales hires on systems and processes • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline sales operations Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience in project management, ideally in a corporate or high-growth environment • 2+ years of experience supporting sales operations or working closely with sales teams • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, or MS Project) • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Strong Excel or BI tool skills for reporting and data analysis (Power BI, Looker, etc.) • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills • PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications a plus • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field Ideal Candidate Profile: • A structured thinker with a bias toward action and continuous improvement • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and IT • Capable of translating business needs into executable project plans • Has a "builder" mentality with comfort wearing multiple hats Company DescriptionJoin a team that’s committed to innovation and excellence.
