Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Overnight Housekeeper and Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our guests while providing exceptional front desk service during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to hospitality standards. Responsibilities • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces • Conduct floor care tasks • Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries • Handle guest requests promptly and professionally to enhance their stay experience • Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms • Restock supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained • Follow safety protocols related to janitorial and industrial cleaning procedures • Assist with custodial tasks as needed to uphold facility standards Skills • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable • Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently during overnight hours • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service • Familiarity with housekeeping management practices is a plus • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods This role is vital in ensuring our property remains spotless and welcoming for all guests while providing seamless front desk support during overnight hours.
