Role Overview: As a Technical Services Level 3 specialist for DocuCare, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for healthcare software users. This position ensures seamless operation and user satisfaction by resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert-level technical support for DocuCare software users, addressing complex issues efficiently. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware problems related to healthcare applications. - You will collaborate with development and product teams to escalate and resolve critical issues. - You will document technical procedures and solutions to improve team knowledge and customer experience. - You will assist in training junior technical staff and end-users on software functionalities. - You will perform system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal software performance. - You will comply with company policies including background checks and drug testing requirements. - You will occasionally travel using your personal vehicle for less than 25% of the time to support onsite needs. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of experience in technical support or IT services, preferably in healthcare software. - You possess strong knowledge of DocuCare or similar healthcare management systems. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple technical issues simultaneously. - You demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - You are detail-oriented and capable of documenting technical processes clearly. - You hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation for occasional travel. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and issue tracking tools. - Certifications in IT support or healthcare IT (e.g., CompTIA, HCISPP). - Prior experience working in a contract role or fast-paced technical environment.
