Full Description

Description: The Client Success Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day success and satisfaction of current customers with active Digital Transformation engagements or projects. This role focuses on ensuring solutions — including intelligent document capture, enterprise content services, and process automation — are delivered effectively, adopted successfully, and consistently meet client expectations. This role acts as the primary contact for assigned accounts, coordinating project activities, monitoring solution performance, resolving issues, and ensuring all services are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements. Working closely with internal delivery, technology, and support teams, this role helps clients achieve operational improvements and realize the full value of their investment. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned digital transformation accounts, responding quickly to client requests and issues. • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, implementation, support) to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions. • Monitor client usage of intelligent document capture, content services, and automation solutions to ensure adoption and effectiveness. • Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and status updates for active client engagements. • Prepare and deliver recurring account updates, usage reports, and meeting summaries to keep clients informed and engaged. • Identify and escalate client concerns, risks, or service gaps to ensure quick resolution and client satisfaction. • Support contract renewals, change requests, and documentation by gathering information and coordinating approvals. • Assist in uncovering incremental growth opportunities by identifying areas where additional services or enhancements could benefit the client. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field plus 4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Project Management, ideally in a Technology, BPO, or Digital Transformation services environment. Additional experience can substitute formal education. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage client expectations. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and project/task management tools (like Asana). Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with enterprise content management, intelligent document processing, workflow automation, or similar technologies.
