See www.metassolutions.com for further details about us and careers with Metas.  Job Description: Metas Solutions has an "immediate opening" for an experienced Small Business Program Support Project Manager – to work in hybrid environment – remote support with some on-site support at client locations in the Washington National Region (Washington Metropolitan Area). In this role you will be responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of contractor-provided support services for the Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP). The PM ensures that all contract requirements are met, deliverables are completed on schedule, and resources are effectively managed. The PM serves as the primary point of contact with government leadership, providing strategic oversight and day-to-day direction for staff performing technical, analytical, outreach, and communications support to advance the federal client's small business mission. Responsibilities: • Provide overall leadership, management, and direction for project staff supporting the Small Business Office activities. • Develop, maintain, and report on the project contractor staffing plan; ensure staffing levels and skillsets meet contract requirements. • Track contract deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics; ensure compliance with all contractual obligations. Supervise development of performance dashboards, reports, and metrics to evaluate small business achievements. • Serve as primary liaison between the Small Business Office leadership, stakeholders, and contractor team. • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual program status reports and track contract metrics reporting and the Quality Improvement Plan • Oversee provision of subject matter expertise in small business programs. Ensure timely delivery of technical and administrative support to client leadership. • Direct analytical support for industrial base analysis, data-driven decision-making, and program performance measurement. • Oversee daily monitoring of communications and submission of weekly/quarterly reporting deliverables. • Manage planning and execution of outreach events and stakeholder engagements. • Ensure timely development of communication materials, newsletters, executive summaries, and training/marketing resources. • Oversee website and social media content management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client priorities. • Supervise evaluation of outreach event value and submission of semi-annual reporting deliverables. • Direct contractor staff support for the Mentor-Protégé Program (MPP) including support for needs assessments, drafting policies, and reviewing program documentation. • Oversee program management reviews, budget and expenditure reporting, and mentor-protégé agreement tracking. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Policy, or related field (Master's preferred). • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in program/project management, preferably supporting federal government or defense-related programs. • Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams across functional areas including data analysis, communications, outreach, and program oversight. • Strong understanding of small business programs, federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), and federal government mentor-protégé programs. • Proven ability to manage budgets, staffing, deliverables, and compliance requirements. • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to brief senior leadership and prepare high-quality reports. • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
