Full Description

Remote, Global – Full-time or Fractional Metana is a fast-growing coding bootcamp, currently doing $100K+ in monthly revenue and scaling fast. We’re looking for a Sales Leader who has been in the trenches of bootcamp/edtech sales, built and managed high-performing admissions teams, and knows how to drive revenue growth at scale. What You’ll Do • Build & Lead the Team: Scale our admissions/sales team from 5 reps today to 20–30 reps over the next 12–18 months. Recruit, train, and get the best out of them. • Own the Hustle: Jump into calls yourself in the early stages, show the team how it’s done, and set the bar for closing. • Drive Revenue Growth: Take us from $100K/month to $1M–$4M/month in enrollments. • Process & Playbooks: Once hustle is working, install the right CRM, dashboards, and playbooks for predictable, repeatable sales. • Coach & Enforce Standards: Hold reps accountable, manage performance, and build a culture of urgency and results. • Expand Verticals: Lead student admissions first, and eventually build out a corporate training (B2B) sales arm. What We’re Looking For • Proven Bootcamp/EdTech Experience: You’ve led admissions/sales at a coding bootcamp (or very similar high-velocity edtech). • Team Builder: You’ve hired, trained, and managed 10–30 reps, and you know how to scale a sales org fast. • Closer + Operator: You can personally close on calls and also set up systems that make a team perform at scale. • Scrappy & Practical: You fix, iterate, and then document—never the other way around. You move fast and adapt. • Global Mindset: Comfortable working with a remote, international team. What’s in it for You • Commission-heavy structure with a small base.
