PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager/Functional Lead (Hybrid) Metaformers’ professional consulting team has a long-term opportunity for a versatile PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager/Functional Lead who thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires a blend of project management experience and strong PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise. Key Qualifications: • In-depth PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 functional knowledge • Proven project management and team leadership experience • Ability to lead, coordinate, and drive major project tasks • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable interfacing with senior management • Minimum 5 years of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 implementation experience • MS Project experience required Additional Details: • Full-time or contract (individuals direct) • Oracle Cloud training / certification available for full-time hires • Remote work, must work Eastern Time Zone hours • Work must be performed within the United States • No sponsorship available
