We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled leader to drive Infrastructure Supply Chain Resilience and Risk Management initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring Meta’s global infrastructure supply chain remains robust, agile, and secure in the face of evolving risks and disruptions. You will have a proven track record of delivering results in environments with varied stakeholders as well as experience in supply chain risk management, network optimization, resilience planning, and cross-functional collaboration within large-scale technology organizations. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain resilience strategies aligned with Meta’s infrastructure goals, leading risk assessment and mitigation programs for critical infrastructure supply chain components Identify, evaluate, and prioritize supply chain risks such as geopolitical, cyber, natural disasters, and supplier dependencies. Design and implement risk monitoring frameworks and early warning systems, and drive incident response planning and business continuity for supply chain disruptions Partner with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Legal, and Security teams to embed resilience and risk management into infrastructure projects, while influencing and educating stakeholders on best practices for supply chain risk mitigation Assess and monitor supplier risk profiles and resilience capabilities, developing supplier contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies Leverage analytics and modeling to forecast potential supply chain disruptions and impacts, and report on key risk indicators and resilience metrics to executive stakeholders Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging threats, leading post-incident reviews and driving continuous improvement in supply chain resilience processes Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field 10+ years of experience in supply chain management, scenario modelling, resilience, or related roles within large-scale technology or infrastructure organizations Proven track record of developing and implementing supply chain resilience strategies Demonstrable analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Proven track record of success in large cross functional communication and stakeholder management Experience with supplier risk assessment, business continuity planning, and incident response Preferred Qualifications Master’s in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Demonstrated experience influencing at all levels of the organization Advanced certifications in supply chain risk management (e.g., APICS, ISM, RIMS) Experience with global infrastructure supply chains, including hardware, data centers, and logistics Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for supply chain resilience $179,000/year to $249,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
