Full Description

As a Public Affairs Campaign Program Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to be in the front seat of one of Meta’s most strategic initiatives. We have an incredible team tackling some of the most important challenges the company faces. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the central operations of Meta’s Public Affairs organization and driving large scale cross-functional initiatives. You will be partnering with virtual and in-person teams across time zones and may manage multiple projects pending the bandwidth required. We are looking for experienced professionals who can partner with cross-functional teams in complex efforts at scale while maintaining clarity of vision and organizational awareness. This professional should be highly organized, adept at project management, with experience shifting seamlessly between strategic counsel and smaller daily tasks and is focused on ensuring there is extreme clarity. While a high level of business acumen, professionalism, and discretion are required on our team, we have a down-to-earth team and believe we can achieve great things in an environment that is both fun and collaborative. This professional will have experience building and fostering relationships, driving alignment and cooperation with stakeholders, and support others to achieve shared goals. Responsibilities Own Central Operations: Serve as the primary owner for central operations, ensuring seamless execution of core team processes, driving operational clarity, and enabling leadership focus on strategic priorities. Think outside the box to develop and scale working models, processes, and systems to facilitate collaboration that is both useful and efficient Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Serve as quarterback for quarterly and annual planning cycles, coordinating strategy sessions, roadmapping, and cross-functional alignment Budget & T&E Oversight: Manage team budget processes, including tracking, reporting, and optimizing T&E (travel & expenses) in partnership with finance Accelerate AI Integration: Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows across the team, identifying opportunities, driving implementation, and measuring impact Surge & Special Projects: Rapidly deploy to support unassigned, high-priority, or surge projects, providing operational leadership and cross-functional coordination as needed Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program/project management, with a proven track record managing complex, cross-functional workstreams Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams for impact and efficiency At ease interacting with and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. Experience being firm with requests and ensuring follow through and communicating change management to cross functional partners (XFNs) and stakeholders Proven success operating in complex, high-pressure, and fast-paced environments Experience focusing on a wide array of subject matters and track record of embracing ambiguity, driving a team to perform at their best, being detail-oriented, and delivering information in a highly organized manner Agile and adaptable and experience pivoting quickly in response to shifting business needs, while keeping teams informed and aligned Experience leveraging AI tools and workflows to enhance team efficiency and execution Preferred Qualifications Experience working on and/or closely with communications, policy, marketing, legal, product, and research teams Experience working on public policy and regulatory issues Experience with issue advocacy and/or electoral campaigning Familiarity with Meta's products and services, with an understanding of the company's goals and priorities
