What You’ll Do • Build and maintain referral partnerships to generate qualified leads. • Conduct consultative discovery calls and present tailored HR solutions. • Represent MBS at national conferences and industry events. • Collaborate with our team to help clients achieve their business goals. What You Bring • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in PEO, Employee Benefits, HRIS, or related HR services. • Proven ability to sell consultatively and build strong relationships. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about helping businesses succeed.
