We’re looking for the best Technical SaaS Enterprise salespeople in Boston for an opportunity you’ll see is very different than most competing for your attention. Let’s skip the generic job ads. You know what you’re looking for: A sharp product. Real traction and PMF. Proven by strong growth, recent investment, senior hires with elite pedigree, and Inbound lead flow. That’s what this is. We’re hiring 2 Senior / Ent AEs to join a technical SaaS company that’s scaling rapidly with serious product-market fit. Built off the back of a widely adopted open-source project, loved by developers, trusted by product teams - and now we’re turning all of that pull into pipeline. You’ll be walking into warm inbound, competitive product differentiation, and a proven leadership team who’ve done this before. But this isn’t a cruise-control role. We’re still early. Quick Snapshot: • Role: Senior Account Executive • Location: Remote in Boston • Comp: $270K-$320K OTE ($135K-$160K base) • Stage: High-growth, lean GTM, heavy inbound traction • Product: Dev-first SaaS platform helping engineers & product teams ship smarter, run experimentation, and control rollouts • Selling To: Product, engineering, and data leaders across growth-stage tech companies Why This Role Is Different? • You’ll be the one building the GTM engine alongside a proven CRO who’s scaled teams before • You’ll step into a live, high-volume inbound territory where you can close immediately • The product genuinely solves a painful technical problem, and the devs who use it love it • There’s a massive market opening after a major competitor got acquired and shut down • You’re not joining a big team where you're just another AE - you’ll help shape what this becomes What You’ll Be Doing: • Owning full-cycle deals from first touch to close • Driving high-quality discovery, scoping technical needs, and positioning the product for real business impact • Working closely with engineering-minded buyers who value clarity and substance over sales fluff • Running multi-threaded deals into Product, Eng, Data, and C-Suite (often all of the above) • Collaborating with the CRO and product to keep the feedback loop tight and keep deals moving Who This Is For? Who we sell to: • Heads of Product, Engineering Directors, Staff Engineers, Data Science Leads • Companies scaling from Series B to D, 100 to 1,000+ headcount Companies you might work at / have worked before (or in a similar space): • Segment, dbt Labs, LaunchDarkly, PostHog, Retool, Mux, Amplitude, Vercel, Snowflake Where you might have worked or played: • High-growth SaaS or PLG motion • Sold tools into product or data teams • Comfortable talking APIs, SDKs, and technical evaluation processes The Challenge: The company has a technical and market edge, momentum, and room to win the category. But we need closers who can: • Run smart discovery • Build champions • Handle technical depth • Prioritise execution • Keep up with the pace of growth Whilst this starts being mainly inbound, this isn’t a role for reps who want it all handed to them or see themselves as “Inbound reps”.
