Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Jr Home Staging Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in creating stunning, functional interior spaces that elevate property appeal and help clients sell their homes faster. Your creative eye, technical skills, and enthusiasm for interior design will contribute to transforming spaces into captivating environments. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in home staging, interior design, and project management within a collaborative and innovative setting. Duties • Collaborate with senior designers to develop staging concepts that enhance property features and appeal to target buyers • Utilize design software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed floor plans, mood boards, and visual presentations • Assist in selecting furniture, accessories, lighting fixtures, and color schemes that align with client goals and current design trends • Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors or vendors for renovation and remodeling projects • Prepare detailed drafting documents using CAD and Bluebeam to ensure accurate execution of design plans • Contribute to lighting design and sales efforts by recommending appropriate lighting solutions that highlight space features • Participate in site visits for inspections, measurements, and to oversee the installation process ensuring quality standards are met Requirements • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly preferred • Knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, space planning, lighting design, and remodeling techniques • Strong drafting skills with experience in CAD software such as Bluebeam or Revit • Familiarity with construction processes, renovation projects, and contracts management • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, vendors, and team members • A proactive attitude with a passion for home staging, interior design, and creating visually compelling spaces Join us in transforming homes into captivating showcases!
