Full Description

Job Summary MeridianLink’s API Support Specialist assists our clients in API-related projects for our MeridianLink Consumer and MeridianLink Opening platforms. This role will require a blend of technical expertise in XML and JSON-based web services, as well as customer service skills to work with both external clients as well as MeridianLink internal stakeholders. This role is an escalation point for our Customer Support team for API-related questions and inquiries. Responsibilities • Learn and master MeridianLink’s API web services for loan origination and account opening • Assist clients integrate with our application program interfaces (APIs) • Resolve and triage tickets escalated from Customer Support teams • Effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Be able to discuss API features, functionality, and integration with clients and internal teams • Investigate, diagnose, and solve API issues or inquiries via research and testing Qualifications • Loan origination system or banking experience preferred • Customer service/support experience • Bachelor's degree - technical discipline or equivalent experience • Knowledge of or experience with web services, specifically XML and JSON based APIs • Experience with Postman or similar API platforms • Effective interpersonal skills (written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively MeridianLink has a wonderful culture where people value the work they do and appreciate each other for their contributions.
