Field Operations Supervisor Application Deadline: 28 February 2026 Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Christiansburg, VA Reporting To: Waz Addy Compensation: $52,000 - $65,000 / year Description Join the Fastest-Growing Pest Bird Management Company in the U.S. Meridian Bird Removal is searching for a hands-on Field Operations Supervisor to lead and support Bird Removal Technicians across an assigned region. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving performance, and being present in the field. This position requires candidates to live and work in one of the following states: Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee, and to regularly travel throughout these states to support field teams, job sites, and operational needs. The Field Operations Supervisor will also travel nationwide as needed and play a critical role in maintaining safety, operational standards, and technician engagement. This role partners closely with training and leadership teams to support operational consistency and growth across a rapidly expanding territory. Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do · Provide in-field training, coaching, and support to Bird Removal Technicians · Conduct regular field visits, evaluations, and performance reviews · Analyze field metrics and drive improvement · Partner with Training to develop customized training plans · Interview and support hiring of new technicians · Enforce standard operating procedures, safety standards, and company policies · Motivate teams and troubleshoot operational challenges Basic Qualifications What We’re Looking For · Experience leading and coaching teams · Proven experience in field supervision, regional management, or similar roles (preferred) · Strong communication skills · Demonstrated experience coaching employees and driving accountability · Valid driver’s license · Ability to live and work in one of the following states: Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, or Tennessee · Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned region, including Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee, with regional travel essential to maintaining field presence, safety, and operational standards · Ability to travel nationwide as needed Compensation & Benefits What We Offer · Pay: Base Salary: $52,000–$55,000 (OTE: $62,000 - $65,000+) · Training: Comprehensive bird removal training, state licensing, etc. · Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Short & Long-Term Disability, Accident Insurance · Retirement: 401(k) plan · Time Off: Paid vacation plan Become a Trusted Advisor: Work closely with Bird Removal Technicians by building strong working relationships, understanding field challenges, and providing hands-on coaching and guidance that drive performance, retention, and operational consistency.
