Full Description

We are looking for a Resident Care Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities: • Oversees all phases of care for the residents as well as supervisor of care staff • Responsible for the training of new staff and retention of staff • Responsible for creating the schedule, ensuring a goal of monthly consistent scheduling • Maintain records and files for residents • Assist team in completing tasks and training the team on new processes and systems • Auditing the team for care to ensure residents are being provided care as reflected in their care plans • Ensuring the team understands their roles and responsibilities • Communication with doctors and family members is necessary Required experience: • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Geriatric, Long Term Care, or Assisted Living setting • Must have or be able to obtain a valid First Aid Certification • Speak, read, and understand the English language • Beneficial to have a prior knowledge of the OARs Work Schedule: • 9:00am-5:30pm Why join us?
