The HR Analyst provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Compensation and Retirement teams, as well as assists with HR departmental budgeting. This role is ideal for someone seeking growth in HR administration and interested in learning about executive compensation, retirement programs, and budgeting processes. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Position Details: Minimum Qualifications • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. • Experience: At least 1 year in an HR support or generalist role. Skills & Abilities • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with professional interaction across all levels. • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills. • Customer service mindset with a focus on seamless support. • Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues quickly. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR systems preferred. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.
