🩺Mercy Home Care RN🩺 Nursing with a Schedule That Works for You Supporting the Saint Louis and Surrounding Area Looking for a nursing role that fits your life? At Mercy Home Health, we understand that flexibility matters. That’s why we’re offering RN positions ranging from PRN to Full-time hours per week—you tell us what works best for you! Whether you're balancing family, school schedules, or personal goals, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits. 💼 What’s in it for You? • Autonomy & Impact: • Care for patients across a wide range of age groups, social backgrounds, and cultures—helping them achieve meaningful health outcomes in their own homes, making a real impact in your community. • Self-Scheduling: • You choose your hours meeting the needs of patient care while working around school pick-ups, appointments, or other commitments you might have. • Scheduling available: • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM • Weekends & Holidays (On Call Only): One Weekend per month (or less), 1 summer holiday, 1 winter holiday per year • Part-Time to Full-Time Options: • Caregivers working 16hrs or more per week are eligible for Full Benefits, 401K and PTO accrual • Mileage Reimbursement: • Currently $0.70/mile (subject to federal rate changes). • Education Assistance: • ASN to BSN assistance (up to $16,000). • BSN to MSN assistance (up to $16,000). 🩺 What You’ll Do: • Deliver skilled nursing care as directed by a physician in a home setting. • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. • Monitor patient progress, document services provided, and adapt care as needed. • Educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery. • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. ✅ What You’ll Need: • RN License in Missouri • BLS Certification (American Heart Association) • Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance • Preferred: 1 year of experience in home health, acute care, or a related field 📬 Interested?
