Responsibilities The Vice President, Supply Chain Management is responsible for developing programs, systems and processes to standardize, procure, receive, manage, analyze and account for all materials used by Mercy Health Services. The VP is responsible to advise and assist management and other end users in the optimization of the choice and utilization of supplies and equipment. The material needs shall be provided in the efficient and economic manner consistent with acceptable quality standards and in accordance with the corporate policies. Supply Chain Management includes all standard purchasing as well as capital and project purchasing. Participates with Senior Leadership in developing the strategic plan for purchasing and enterprise value analysis. The position also directs Contract Negotiation and Management, Value Analysis, Mail Services, Relocation and Storage, Capital Purchasing, Linen Services, General Stores, Sterile Stores.
