Master HVAC Technician – Full-Time Location: East Hanover Company: Mercury Mechanical Mercury Mechanical is seeking an experienced and reliable Master HVAC Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service, repair, and installations. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional with strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to lead and train others. Responsibilities: Perform installation, service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems • Diagnose system issues and provide effective, efficient solutions • Ensure all work complies with local codes and safety standards • Lead and train junior technicians as needed • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used • Communicate effectively with customers and team members Qualifications: Valid Master HVAC License (required) • 10+ years of HVAC experience in residential and/or commercial systems • Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems • EPA Certification preferred • Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and leadership skills • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Must read and draw plans •Competitive pay based on experience • Company vehicle and tools provided • Paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for advancement • Supportive team environment If you’re a skilled HVAC professional ready to take the lead with a company that values quality and craftsmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
